Hello! my name is Carolina and I love buildings and illustration, so here I am bringing my two passions together. Before we start, you should know this about me:

  • I work best in an organized, friendly, and relaxed environment.

  • I have a degree in Civil Engineering so if are looking for complex engineering illustrations count me in!

  • Each illustration is like a child to me, so I put all my love, time, and effort into very project I do.

Do you have a project in mind? Or even thinking about a private commission? If so, shoot me an email considering the following points:

  1. What is the project and what is it for? Will this be a small illustration for your living room, or maybe a gift for grandma, or rather a banner for your cool website?…So many possibilities!

  2. How many illustrations and what size should the images be? Example: 2 illustrations size A4, 3 images size A5, etc. or dimension in centimeters, inches or pixels.

  3. What do you want me to illustrate? Describe your idea! It would also be helpful if you have reference photos, sketch, or a mood board of what you want.

  4. By when do you need this project? Specific date or approximate such as two weeks, one month, etc.

Knowing this information allows me to estimate how much time and work this project will need. Once the project idea is clear I can give you an estimated cost.

I look forward to working with you! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me <3

These are general terms, we can chat and adjust things once we get a conversation started.

  • The final artwork will be delivered in the format of a flattened PSD file and high-quality JPG. I will not deliver originals or layered PSD files.

  • To keep everyone on track, corrections and adjustments will not be infinite. I will send you a black & white sketch where you can give me all the feedback you want with a deadline by which you have to submit all your comments. After that deadline, I will get started on the final artwork. Once I send you the final piece you may request minor changes. Any adjustments or changes above the ones established at the beginning of the project will have an additional cost.

  • Payments must be made via electronic deposit or by credit card via my website cityanatomy.com. I usually do two installments but depending on the length or complexity of the project, we may do more installments. The payment schedule usually consists of one first payment of 50% of the total cost before starting the project and a second payment upon completion. I will not start the project before the first payment is made, so a delayed payment might result in a change in schedule for the project.
